基本案情:2008 年(nian)(nian)(nian) 1 月至 2018 年(nian)(nian)(nian) 1 月期間,嚴某(mou)與君某(mou)公(gong)司(si)每?2 年(nian)(nian)(nian)簽訂一(yi)次勞動合同(tong),載明(ming)嚴某(mou)從事速遞物流(liu)外包工作(zuo),履行地為?某(mou)省郵政速遞物流(liu)有(you)限公(gong)司(si)太某(mou)分(fen)公(gong)司(si)。

2017 年(nian) 12 月 25 日,嚴(yan)某(mou)(mou)向君某(mou)(mou)公(gong)司(si)發送訂立無固定(ding)期(qi)限(xian)勞動?合(he)同申(shen)請書,君某(mou)(mou)公(gong)司(si)收(shou)函后予以拒(ju)絕(jue),要求(qiu)簽(qian)訂 2 年(nian)期(qi)固定(ding)期(qi)限(xian)勞?動合(he)同,并(bing)多(duo)次告知(zhi)逾期(qi)視為放棄簽(qian)約。嚴(yan)某(mou)(mou)拒(ju)絕(jue)簽(qian)署(shu) 2 年(nian)期(qi)勞動合(he)?同,并(bing)提起訴訟。
